How do I return my order?
Not completely satisfied with your order or do you want to exchange an item? That’s possible! Go to our contact page and fill out the form. Send an email to request a return and/or an exchange. You will then receive a return number and instructions by email for the return shipment which is also by email. As soon as we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation by email.
Depending on your wish, we exchange the item, you will receive the purchase amount or you will receive a shop credit worth the purchase amount.

Please note:
Returns are only accepted if they meet all of the following conditions:
- The shipment must be sufficiently stamped and must have a valid return number. We recommend that you always send your return as a postal package.
- The package must be returned in its original packaging. The packaging must also be complete, unused and undamaged.
- The items in your return must be undamaged and should not show any signs of usage.
- We do not credit damaged and / or used items.
An unreported return or a return without a return number and/or for which no (sufficient) postage costs have been paid, will not be received by us and will immediately be returned to the sender. Any costs associated with this are for the account of the sender.
Items that have been used and/or damaged, of which the packaging is damaged or missing, will also not be accepted and will be returned directly to the sender. The shipping costs associated with this are for the account of the sender.
If your order has been damaged, we request you to report this as soon as possible to customer service by email within 48 hours.
Have you received my return?
It usually takes about 2-3 working days before we receive your return. As soon as we receive your return, we will send a confirmation by e-mail. We always recommend that you send your return as a postal package with a track and trace number.
When do I get my money back?
After we have received your return in good order, you will receive the purchase amount of your return in your account within 14 days (shipping costs are not reimbursed). The refund is automatically made via the payment account / payment method used to make the original payment.
Can I also exchange my item?
If you want to exchange one or more articles for a different size, you can request an exchange via the contact form on the site. We check the availability of your desired exchange size and then reserve it immediately. After we have received your return, the item with the new size will be send to you free of charge.
You can only exchange the same item in a different size. If your desired size is no longer available, we will contact you to report this and, if desired, we can convert your exchange into a return.
Can I also receive a voucher?
If you regularly order something from LA-X-MI Pure Power Pure Goddess or already have something new in mind, you can also receive the purchase amount of your return as a voucher. You will then receive a personal code that you can use when paying for a new order. A voucher is valid for 1 year and must be spend in one purchase. Vouchers can not be exchanged for cash.
How long is the reflection period?
From the moment you receive your order at home, you have fourteen (14) days to reconsider. If you are not satisfied with an item, you can exchange or return it within this reflection period.
If you have received a return number, you must return the item to us within fourteen (14) days.
Do you refund my delivery costs if I return something?
The costs for returning items are for your own account. We recommend that you send your return as a package via PostNL. Then you will receive a shipping receipt and your package will always be traceable via Track & Trace. The costs are € 6.95.
An exception applies to incorrectly delivered or damaged items upon receipt. In this case, the return costs will of course be reimbursed by LA-X-MI Pure Power Pure Goddess. We do this by sending a package seal or by refunding the delivery costs to your account.
Does the return policy also apply if an item is on sale?
Sure! All items can always be returned and you always get your money back (or a voucher if you choose that option), even if it is an item with discount from the sale or outlet.
